Shipping policy

Shipping costs depend on the total size of your order and your location.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is handled by Canada Post.

All items (excluding pre-orders) will be dispatched within 24-48 hours following receipt of your order.

Urban Western Canada – Delivery normally takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Urban Eastern Canada – Delivery normally takes between 7-10 business days after dispatch.
